Covid Cancellation Policy

If the Scottish Government implement closure of accommodation providers over your dates of stay, or if we are placed into a tier/level that does not allow travel to our location, you will receive a full refund (minus the transaction fee £8).

If you are travelling from anywhere outside of Scotland and are affected by travel restrictions in your home country or countries you are planning to travel through, or you are required to quarantine on arrival and you have not cancelled outside of the 30 day cancellation terms, your booking will be charged and no refund will be possible.

We recommend you fully research the restrictions in place in your home country, the countries you intend to travel through and Scotland well in advance of your 30 day cancellation period.  Please note that Strathallan is not responsible for any travel arrangements of any kind.  We advise guests to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover any eventualities.

If you test positive for COVID and need to cancel your reservation, we will not offer a refund and will ensure that you are sent a receipt to cover any losses via your travel insurance. We advise all guests to ensure that they are adequately covered and insured appropriately. You can get covid addendums added onto your insurance.
